Shipping Policies

As of December 15, 2016, the online credit card processing companies have enacted new policies and requirements for the electronic cigarette industry- to help ensure that our products remain out of the hands of minors.  These policies state that we are to ship all orders as "Adult Signature Required" packages. That means that you will have to be present at the time of delivery, in order to show that you are 21+. While we know this may be an inconvenience to some, it is important to us that we are doing everything we can to make sure our products are sold responsibly, as well as continuing to ensure that these transitions are as painless as possible for all of our loyal Nashville Vapor customers. While some sites may reflect a ~$6 fee on top of the usual shipping charges, we have decided to absorb the costs ourselves, to make sure that the additional shipping burdens do not fall on you, our Nashville Vapor customers.

OK, I placed my order, now what?

Once you place your order, your merchandise will normally ship within 24 hours for orders placed between Monday-Friday, but please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be shipped. Due to limited shipping times on Saturdays, orders placed on Friday may not be shipped until the following Monday but we’ll try our best to get them out to you as quickly as we possibly can. Once we process your order, it will ship out via USPS.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $2.99 for US orders under $75 and free for US orders $75 and over. You can upgrade to priority shipping for an additional $3.00. Priority mail generally takes between 2-3 days once it leaves our facility, and 1-7 days for 1st class depending on your location. All shipping prices are for domestic US shipments only. All shipping time frames do not include the time it takes for Nashville Vapor to process your order. While USPS provides a great service with very affordable prices, USPS does however make mistakes and has been known to lose packages… Unfortunately these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays once we turn the package over to USPS. If your package is not delivered, shoot us an email (, or call us at 615-454-2471. Once your items have shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number.

Do you have any shipping restrictions?

Unfortunately, we do. At this time, we are unable to ship to Arkansas, Indiana, Pennsylvania, or Utah.  We are sorry that it has to be that way, but let's voice our opinion in this matter to help keep regulations like this away from our states in order for us to continue living a better life.
